"I can to the office today because nobody ever answers the phone to discuss an MRI that needed a pre-cert. nobody answered the phone for over a week for me or the MRI office. When I came I. Today Francine had a major attitude with me because I asked her to give the pre cert and call and ask if I could get an appointment. Her attitude with me was quite embarrassing and way out of line. She claimed she's the only one around here that does anything and walk away and speaking to me rudely from the other room. Patients dealing with pain deserves to be treated better than that after no response to numerphone calls all last week. Now Ithey cancelled my MRI and I will be living with this chronic pain for another two months before being able to get an injectable. "

"I feel that the team at Premier truly care for the long term health and well being of their patients. Each individual is responsible, knowledgeable and willing to physically assist in learning exercises and activities to strengthen the patient. You may think that physical therapy is all about the working out and body conditioning, and it's definitely some of it. The other part is showing up and recognizing that the team in place also cares. I have made friends with other patients and the therapists have become like family. Miguel, Chris, and Komal are all amazing and truly are in the right field of work. Full teamwork makes the dream work for this crew! I can't articulate enough how much I appreciate them and I think they deserve to be acknowledged for every ounce of their kindness and the level of care they provide whilst exuding great pride in their work!"

The whole staff from all the doctors to the physical therapist and everyone at the front desk are friendly, knowledgeable, very good at what they do.. time passes quick in here while you go through your treatment,they like having fun and joking around and always having great conversations but at the same time they are very professional,they keep everything clean you can tell they take pride in what they do..everything is brand new equipment very up-to-date.. There have been some additions to the staff; however, the quality of professionalism remains. And, though I am considered a "hand full" they're patient, kind-- and always show genuine concern. They're funny and caring; and have my best interest at heart. And 9 times out of 10, I leave there feeling so much better than I did when I arrived. Thank you PPT."
